Refunds & Guarantee

We want you confident before you commit. This page explains the Design-First Guarantee and how refunds work on services from Siterra ("Siterra").

The Design-First Guarantee

Every project starts with strategy and a design direction before we build out your full site. You review that direction first. If it isn’t right for you and we are unable to make it right through the revision rounds included in your package, you may request a full refund of your project fee before full build-out begins. The risk is ours, not yours.

What’s covered

• The one-time project fee for your selected package
• Refund requests made during the design-approval stage, before full build-out

What’s not covered

• Work completed after you’ve approved the design direction and we’ve begun full build-out, except where required by law
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf — such as premium domains, paid fonts, stock media, or paid integrations
• Add-on services that have already been delivered

Monthly care plans

Care plans are optional and billing begins 30 days after launch. You can cancel anytime before the first charge at no cost. After billing begins, you may cancel before any future renewal; we do not prorate partial months unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email Hello@getsiterra.com with your business name and order details. We’ll confirm your request and process eligible refunds to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If something isn’t working for you, tell us before requesting a refund — most concerns are solved with a conversation and a revision. We’d rather make it right.
