These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getsiterra.com and the website design and development services provided by Siterra ("Siterra", "we", "us"). By purchasing a package or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Siterra provides website design, development, copywriting, and related services as described in the package you select. Specific deliverables, timelines, and revision rounds are defined by your chosen package and any add-ons purchased at checkout. Timelines begin at project kickoff and may adjust based on the timeliness of materials and feedback you provide.

Payment

Project fees are billed in full at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe. Optional monthly care plans are billed as recurring subscriptions that begin 30 days after your site launches and continue until cancelled. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout.

The Design-First Guarantee

We present a design direction for your approval before building out your full site. If the design direction is not right for you and we are unable to make it right, you may request a full refund of your project fee before full build-out begins. Full details are on our Refunds & Guarantee page.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos) you wish to include, and you confirm you have the rights to all materials you supply. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Ownership

Upon final payment, you own the website we deliver — including its design, code, and content — along with the associated domain and hosting accounts set up in your name. Siterra retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party services

Your site may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, and booking integrations. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siterra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
